REGISTRATION NOTES:
Most registrants will select CONTINGENT(UNIT) Registration to register youth and adults affiliated with a unit (Troop, Crew or Pack).
Only select INDIVIDUAL registrant if you are a individual adult planning to attend and camp with another group not affiliated with a unit registration, such as Commissioners, District Volunteers, or Council Volunteers.

PETERLOON REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY:
*Please note that Saturday Only Scout & Webelos registrants will be required to check-in separately on Saturday to get their event pass.
Units may edit their Peterloon registration (additions or removals) with no penalty up until end of early-bird registration on August 5, 2016. From that point forward, units can no longer delete participants, but may continue to add participants up until the final registration date of September 9, 2016.
Individuals or groups that change or cancel a Peterloon reservation on or before August 5, 2016 will receive a full refund of fees paid through one issued check per unit. Registration account information for Peterloon will be reconciled for all units after registration closes on September 10, 2016.
Refund checks will be issued to the unit within 6-8 weeks. No refunds will be made after the August 5,2016 cancellation deadline without appropriate documentation for an emergency or similar situation.
Appropriate means of communication for a request to cancel include: email, phone call, postal mail or in person. The request must be communicated to the Scout Achievement Center, Program Department prior to the close of business on August 5, 2016.
