Registration is for all 3 Saturdays, Jan. 4th and 18th and Feb. 15, 2025. Units can register their Scouts now and the return on 12/10/2024 at 6:00 pm to add the desired badges. The registration for individual Scouts will open at the same time as the merit badge selections. PLEASE do not register your individual Scout as a Unit registration, it does NOT get you earlier access to the merit badges.

Refund Policy

Due to the high demand of this event and many of the classes, there will be no refunds for multiple or duplicate registrations. Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 20% administrative charge. No refunds will be given after the 30-day cancellation deadline. Fees are transferable to a previously unregistered scout.
