Classic Box Lunch Sandwiches

Each sandwich has condiments on the side including mustard, mayo, and (if applicable) sandwich sauce.  Each sandwich will come with a bag of chips, chocolate chunk cookie, mint, and utensil pack (fork, knife, napkin, salt & pepper).

• Turkey & Swiss – Oven roasted tender white turkey breast, thinly sliced with fresh Swiss cheese served on freshly baked honey wheat bread.  Signature Sandwich Sauce served on the side.
• Ham & Havarti – Baked ham and Havarti cheese served on freshly baked sourdough bread.  Signature sandwich sauce served on the side.
• Vegetarian – Mushrooms, cucumbers, vine-ripened tomatoes, sprouts, roasted red peppers, avocados, green leaf lettuce, and cheddar cheese served on freshly baked 13-grain bread.  Pesto mayo sandwich sauce served on the side.

Signature Salads

• Super Food Salad (can be made vegan without cheese & butter) – A super antioxidant mix of kale, baby spinach, and red cabbage, topped with raspberries, sliced almond and feta cheese.  Comes with a side of quinoa/kale topping and is served with freshly baked bread and cinnamon honey butter.  Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing served on the side.
• Chicken Caesar Salad – Grilled chicken breast, garden fresh romaine lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and home-made croutons.  Served with freshly baked bread and cinnamon honey butter.  Creamy Caesar dressing served on the side.
