The schedule for the weekend is as follows:Friday 6:00 pm – 9:30 pmSaturday 8:00 am – 9:30 pmSunday 8:00 am – 1 pmBreakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. If you need accommodations, you are welcome to camp in a campsite or a room in the Program Building. You should plan accordingly for the cold temperatures in the forecast.You should bring a pad of paper and a pen for notes and you may want to bring a water bottle as well. All other supplies are provided. The class is broken down into several parts: lecture, hands-on skill practice and outdoor simulations. We will be outside for significant lengths of time, so please bring weather dependent clothing. (i.e rain gear or cold weather gear)
Refund Policy
Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 20% administrative charge. No refunds will be given after the 30-day cancellation deadline. Fees are transferable to other, non-registered, Scouters.
