Wood Badge takes place from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon the first weekend (September 5-7) and from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon the second weekend (September 20-21), Participants will need to be present for all 5 days of the course. In addition, the 30-Day Out informational meeting is on August 2nd from 8:30 am - 11 am. The registration fee must be paid in full by August 1, 2025.

COUNCIL REFUND POLICY: Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event, will receive a refund of fees paid, less a $75 administrative charge per participant. No refunds will be made after the 30-day cancellation deadline.
